Please read these terms carefully before using FAIDIKA. These terms govern your use of our business management application and services.
Introduction
Welcome to FAIDIKA ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Our Services are designed specifically to assist Tanzanian small business owners in managing their inventory, sales, and customers. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.
Definitions
- "User" refers to the business owner or authorized employee who registers for an account.
- "Subscription" refers to the recurring fee paid to access premium features of the FAIDIKA app.
- "Content" includes all data, text, and information uploaded by the User to the platform.
- "Services" refers to the FAIDIKA web application, mobile application, and all related services provided by FAIDIKA.
Account Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FAIDIKA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Payment & Subscriptions
Accepted Payment Methods
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees at any time, with reasonable prior notice given to subscribers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
- Using the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful content.
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We store your business data securely and do not share it with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
FAIDIKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your business data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
